1. For the past couple of days, whenever I try to load Sky Go on my laptop I get a pop up window of 'something went wrong'. I have tried deleting the app, and reinstalling. I have even gone to the lengths of clearing the AppData and even restarting my laptop.
2. I have a Macbook Air and am running OS X El Capitan. I have a hotmail address that I use for email. Normally I sign in to outlook.live.com to use my email. When I go to login I get the message 'Something went wrong (see below). I also have an Outlook App on my computer. On the App I still receive emails but can't send anything.

PC & Mac: 'Something is wrong. The app will now quit.' Mark Topic as New; Mark Topic as Read; Float this Topic for Current User; Bookmark; Subscribe. Step 1: Download Mac OS Whatever. Step 2: Navigate into.app's package contents. Step 3: Find the InstallESD.dmg disk image. NOTE: It might be named differently for different Mac OS versions, but whatever has a.dmg extension in there and is 4-6GB in size is what you're looking for. Step 4: Flash it with Etcher.
